New Heights House Transitional Residence – is an emergency and transitional residence for homeless individuals and couples. New Heights House provides an opportunity for homeless individuals and couples to gain stability, prepare for, and secure permanent housing.
Putnam House Emergency Housing – is an emergency housing residence for individual adults and couples operated by CORE. Putnam House provides residents with a structured environment in which they can safely re-examine their goals, re-gain sobriety and focus on behaviors that will sustain a healthy lifestyle. Staff help residents access the comprehensive, integrated health and behavioral health care they require to regain independence and self-sufficiency.
Bronx Scatter Sites Emergency Housing – CORE manages scatter site apartments and/or shared units for families and single adults in the Bronx. These units provide emergency housing for families and individuals until permanent housing can be secured. CORE is able to mobilize staff across multiple sights and maintain compliant service levels.
CORE has demonstrated expertise in providing services to homeless families and individuals, and the agency’s ability to maintain sound, responsible fiscal policies and procedures that conform to the referring agency’s requirements for documentation and billing, demonstrate CORE’s competence to operate a homeless shelter program that focuses on a transition to permanency.
